A son, Payton James Teuthorn, was born to David Teuthorn and Jamie Johnson of Petoskey on Jan. 19, 2006, at 9:29 a.m. at Northern Michigan Hospital. Payton weighed 8 pounds, 8.1 ounce and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Barb and Leo Morgan of Topinabee, James and Edith Johnson of East Jordan, and Terrie Evans of Alanson. By the way, Petoskey is situated at the north eastern corner of Lake Michigan.
